Swahili for Beginners 1 (A1)

This course is suitable for a Swahili beginner. The course is sufficient for simple and basic interactions.

Elementary Swahili (A2)

The A2 Swahili level is suitable for a student trying to survive in a Swahili-speaking country and socialise with Swahili speakers at a minimal level.


Intermediate Swahili (B1)

The B1 level is sufficient for a student trying to initiate and sustain an interaction with Swahili speakers on familiar topics such as their workplace. A student at this level will read reports on familiar topics and write e-mails on subjects from their field.

Upper-Intermediate Swahili (B2)

TheB2 level of Swahili would allow a student to communicate in the workplace through Swahili. It will also enable them to talk to non-native Swahili speakers in foreign workplaces.


Advanced Swahili (C1)

At this level, the student will express themselves fluently and spontaneously. They’ll be able to use language effectively for social, academic, and professional purposes.

Swahili for Proficiency (C2)

A student with C2-level proficiency can fully understand both direct and indirect context in written and spoken text. This allows them to hold conversations with native Swahili speakers and write texts with sound arguments.
